Buenos dias Equipo Peru!

I'll be nice this time and not make my Dad spend hours on google translator deciphering my prose!  Just completed a 20 minute run and 10 minute bike workout.  Slowly but surely!!!

Looks like the DC weather is going to be great this weekend so between writing some papers I will be making my way outside to exercise and enjoy the sunshine!

Caitlin and Peter are soon to be on the sh*t list if they don't start making their proper contributions :).  Caitlin--I know where you live.  Christina, I am sure you will find an appropriate punishment for Peter!
